In the 27 years Timothy Sheehan has lived in 优蜜传媒, he was homeless for eight of them. That period began in 2001, one year following his divorce and four years following his departure from San Diego 鈥 wife and kids in tow 鈥 bent on the prospect of opportunity and cheap rent.

He remembers his first night on the streets, squeezed inside a section of tube slide at a playground 鈥渟omewhere in the southwest.鈥 Sitting benchside at Beardsley Park in Oildale, he works his fingers into the callus on his left palm, and lets out a nervous titter.
